Your stories made me laugh out loud, Jill. I can’t imagine how any seller of a multi-million dollar listing would NOT want it to sell for top dollar …and how they couldn’t realize that these details needed to be addressed ahead of time.

Thank goodness there are great stagers like you for people to hire…who DO get it and who know exactly what sells in your area. If I lived near you and I was a realtor, you would definitely be my *go to* stager.

Thank you for sharing some funny, yet gross stories (the bachelor – really???). I enjoyed the tips that followed each story that your shared of your real life experiences.

Thanks, Sheri! I always appreciate you stopping by. Hopes are high there will be less dirty laundry left out after this post. 🙂 And the doors!! I can’t tell you how many of those I struggled to open.

Another great post, Jill! And highly entertaining 🙂 Dirty underwear? Really?? You’ve gotta wonder about people sometimes! Fortunately, you can help them – hopefully with less stress!

This was so funny to read, but unfortunately a true story! 😉 I sold real estate on the east coast for many years and I was continually amazed by what I experienced and witnessed. You have a wonderful flair for writing and I look forward to more!
